Main Features
PVC printing machine can be used for full-color printing of plane, arc or cylindrical object of any material, which creates good conditions for improving production efficiency. It can replace screen printing, pad printing, transfer printing equipment. There is no need for plate making to produce higher printing quality than the traditional way. The 3D adjustable scraping device with dual-axis and dual-cylinder scrapers can adapt to multiple plates in different diameter and to any printing production with different technologies and processes. The material width is 850mm and it can also used for front and back printing with 13 colors. The machine has PLC control and human-computer interface operation for easy operation. It is equipped with advanced automatic tension control system and coil deviation correction system. The PVC printing machine is able to automatically splice with double stations working in high-speed ceaselessly.
This machine is suitable for printing such packing materials as polyethylene, polyethylene plastic bag glass paper and roll paper etc. And it is a kind of ideal printing equipment for producing beverage packaging, medicine packaging, carton pre-printing, hanging tags, paper cups, labels and other printing industries.
