Prefabricated Engineering Steel Structure Workshop
Steel structure is a structure composed of steel materials and is one of the main types of building structures. The structure is mainly composed of steel beams, steel columns, steel trusses and other components made of section steel and steel plates. Welds, bolts or rivets are usually used to connect components or parts. Due to its light weight and high strength, it is widely used in large workshops, stadium, warehouse, office, hotel, super high-rises and other fields. Generally, the steel structure needs to be derusted, galvanized or painted in the factory and it needs to be regularly maintained.

Pre-engineered steel structure workshop installation schedule
Foundation construction (pre-embedded anchor bolts)→ steel columns installation → steel bracing installation → temporary placement of steel crane beams → roof beams and roof bracing → steel crane beams calibration and fixation → roof and wall cladding installation
1.Anchor bolt will be pre-embedded according to design drawing: Anchor bolt plan. When install, it need use template to fix, positional deviation is ±5mm. Screw thread should be protected during and after installation.
2.Steel columns should install according to installation drawing: Column plan. Column feet plate should be welded cycle by continuous welding fillet on site.
